Some reminders:

• Our after-sales service only deals with questions related to products sold by us .
• In your correspondence always add your customer number and invoice (or delivery note)
• 2-year guarantee (in accordance with the legislation in force, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the consumer code is 2 years. Some products have a longer guarantee, when this is the case, this "commercial" guarantee is indicated directly on the product sheet)

This warranty does not cover equipment used in competition or rental, damage related to wear and tear, misuse, lack or lack of maintenance, and any modifications...

Not included in the warranty:

• the replacement of so-called consumable products (tyres, chain, cassette, batteries, etc.).
• the lack, defect or lack of maintenance
• non-compliant, irregular and abnormal use of the products.
• the defects or specificities of a product being the subject of a mention in the article sheets.
• defects and their consequences related to use not conforming to the use for which the product is intended
