Our bikes are delivered pre-assembled and pre-adjusted by our technicians. Delivery is made by our partner carrier in a special package. There is no tracking number for bicycles. Delivery is by appointment via the phone number you have added to your customer account.
To meet the significant demand for so-called “second-hand” products, we now offer grade A, B and C reconditioned products. The products are fully reconditioned and tested by our in-house experts. They are also sold under warranty!
Grade A: new product with minor defect (damaged packaging, paint defect, scratches, etc.)
Grade B: used product in very good condition
Grade C: used product, wearing components have been changed if necessary.
